Mixing, Emulsion, and Homogenization Tank
The TPT Batch High Shear Mixer is commonly used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemical manufacturing where precise control over mixing processes is crucial for product quality.
This equipment is specifically designed to handle tasks such as preparing stable emulsions, solid dispersion, and thickened solutions with viscosity levels of up to 25,000 centipoise (cP).
The level of shear energy applied by these mixers directly influences the fineness of the droplets. Higher shear energy results in finer droplets, ensuring that the oil and aqueous phases remain well-dispersed and do not separate. This not only contributes to the desired consistency and appearance of the product but also enhances its stability and shelf-life.
Product Overview:
Experience innovation with our Dual Shaft jacketed mixing tank. This equipment includes a center-mounted low-speed anchor mixer with scrappers, alongside a static radial flow deflector baffle and an offset high-shear mixer. This strategic arrangement enables seamless operation across a wide range of viscosities, ensuring thorough product movement, and mixing without dead zones. Benefit from very uniform heating and cooling throughout the process.
Capabilities:
Our High Viscosity Mixing Tank is engineered to work in various applications, including:
Dispersion: Achieve consistent particle distribution for superior product quality.
Dissolution: Ensure efficient dissolution of ingredients for precise formulation.
Homogenization: Uniformity and stability in your product composition.
