How to Request a Tax Exemption Status?

If you are a reseller you must complete the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate and follow the instructions below to submit your documents.

Step 1: Create a Customer Account

If you have an existing customer account, feel free to skip this step. If you haven't created an account with us yet, you can register using the following link: Create Account. This account will be set to tax-exempt status upon approval.

Step 2: Download the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate

You can find a button to download below. Please fill out the pdf.

Step 3: Upload Your Certificate

Use the secure form uploader below to submit your documents for review. Please ensure that all documents are clear and legible.

Step 4: Submit and Await Approval

Once you have uploaded your documents, click the 'Submit' button. Our team will review your documents, and you will be notified via email once your application has been approved or if additional information is needed. If approved we will keep it on file for future purchases. (MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS USE THIS ACCOUNT FOR ANY FUTURE PURCHASES)
