GASKET PROPERTIES

Static Seal: A static seal is located in a groove and has no movement.
Examples: O-rings and Tri-Clamp® fittings gaskets

Dynamic seal: A dynamic seal is exposed to movement.
Examples: Butterfly valve gaskets

Static Seal Temperatures
