FOOD WASTE: More and more food wastes are turned into energy & reused. Machines and special equipment turn food waste into organic fertilizer. The peristaltic pump is often part of these machines. They are used to transfer organics at a flow range of 14 l/h - 8m3/h (4 gph - 35 gpm) at low discharge pressure. It can handle fluid with a viscosity of 20 000 cps that contains small solids from food waste. Our Peristaltic Pumps can handle this job.
WATER (Alkaline Water): The peristaltic pump is part of the process of dosing alkaline water in a plant that processes cocoa in Latin America. Resulting in less maintenance and downtime. The peristaltic pump hoses accept a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (145 psi)
Condensed Milk and Dulce de Leche: The Peristaltic Pump hoses have a longer life in contrast with many competitive hoses, which means less repair time and less production break time. Using this pump has shown that the hose life could reach up to 50% more efficiency against competitive hoses and provide better abrasion resistance and more durability.

- Transfer of juices and sauces
- Metering of additives, colorings, flavorings, and enzymes
