● Ideal for soft solids and waterlike slurries

Wine process Pumping Over (Remontage):

1. Recirculate wine must to keep grape skins moist.

2. Extraction of color and tannins promotes oxygenation.

3. Free Flow impeller helps not to crush seeds (sour flavors) and doesn't clog with the grape skins.
